On weekends, as I have more time to myself, I created this habit of making pancakes for breakfast. Afterwards, I bring every nice toppings I have at that moment to the table, put some music or a tv show and eat breakfast for about an hour.
12 table spoons of whole oats
1 or 2 eggs (depending on the intended texture)
2 cups of skimmed milk
1 scoop of whey
Put it all in a blender until it’s all liquid. Heat a frying pan and make the pancakes in soft heat.
Eat them with fruit, sirop, jam or even cheese.
